Rom Mai Thai is on the north end of broadway by the Deluxe. It is in the space that has been many Thai Resturants before. They have a wonderful lunch special that includes 2 entres, soup, spring or fresh roll and rice for $8.00. I always get combo A; Vegetarian curry (yellow) with pad thai and fresh roll. I can never eat all of it and have an entire meal later. AND they are really super friendly and smiley!! I haven't been there for dinner but I think it would be very nice also. In my opinion, this is the best Thai food in the city and it is very reasonably priced. The food is excellent and there is enough variety on the menu for any diet restriction. The staff is personable and courteous and the owners mingle with the diners to ensure that they are enjoying themselves. They also give great recommendations. Also, and this is very rare for most Thai places I have been to, the spice is added to the food to enhance the flavor, not for heat. This is a great restaurant that I would recommend to anyone.
