After seeing/hearing DAE perform at their recent ConWorks fundraiser, I am committed to their March ll, 2006 show at the Moore. This is New York quality material, destined for world recognition. Get in, hold on, and enjoy the ride! And the performance artists DAE attracts are as good as the fabulous performers at Seattle's Little Red Studio (go ahead, Google that one too). - Tito , posted 10/17/05 |
 I saw the Degenerate Art Orchestra....which is the biggest version of this crazy band. The piece that Evyind Kang wrote for the band was absolutely amazing! Props for the whole show though...this band isnt afraid to try anything! - MusicFan , posted 05/07/05 |

The Degenerate Art Ensemble consists of three main memebers: Joshua Kohl, composer/conductor; haruko nishimura, choreographer; and Josh Stewart, composer/musician. Utilizing an ever changing roster of musicians and dancers and performance artists, the DAE continuously produces some of the most interesting dance and orchestral works in the city. - mulata , posted 04/19/05 |
