When we moved to the lower Capitol Hill area Saley Crepes was one of the first places we stumbled upon. Glad we did! It's just wonderful! -  Sugar

While wandering aimlessly around Capitol Hill our stomachs became demanding and voila, there before us was Saley's. The Universe conspired to assist us by providing this establishment to sate our hunger....and boy did our hunger ever become sated! Perfect crepes, absolutely perfect and, yes, they were made and served with love. If you haven't gone yet, go NOW.......while I don't want Saley's to be overrun with hipsters I cannot help but wish it success because it is most deserved.....most delicious......most mostest! - Singularity , posted 11/13/07 |

I ate something so tasty the other day. A crepe from Saley Crepes on Capitol Hill.
