My favorite yoga instuctor, pressed this tape into my hands ,as she left for the east coast and far far away ... her sexy, giggling joy in wellness, inspired me to continue this virtually daily and my tremendous results, have astounded, me!

Everyone, I've turned on to this is amazed! and now, own their own copies. I hear there is a new DVD version.

No, I'm not in anyway connected to Ravi Singh or Anna Brett, I just have seen the results myself.
