My hairdresser Jessica has just opened her own salon and it is absolutely fabulous. Located on Capitol Hill at 1319 East Pine Street, the location offers ample 2 hour street parking and a lovely coffee house kitty-corner. Jessica has cut my hair for three years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take scizzors to it.
