If you are looking for an amazing food -experience-, then you must go to Mistral. Each course is a sublime assault on your taste buds. The menu changes daily based on what the chef finds at the market that day. The menu is prixe fixe and is offered in nine, seven, or five courses. Prepare to spend an entire evening here - this is more than a meal, it's an experience. Of course, you also need to be prepared to spend some money here too. Greatness does come at a price. Oh and I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wine list, it's award winning. Mistral has the highest food and wine ratings in Seattle from Zagat and is soon to be featured as one of the 10 best restaurants in the country in the new Zagat magazine.
