If you're in the mood for something beautiful, smooth, but at the same time pulsating I recommend Heather Rastovac's Persian dance class. On Mondays at Open Flight Studio in the U. She goes into great detail and is very organized so time is used efficiently. There are only two problems with this class: 1) I just want to watch her dance instead of paying attention to myself.
