original, raw, vegan, organic vittles. Everyone at Chaco is down with the master plan and there to hook you up with a healthy meal in good time. They have wifi and fair-trade coffee, too, so there's no reason to leave anymore - Jai , posted 09/07/06 |

I am a former employee of the Flying Apron, which is lucky enough to reside next to Chaco Canyon. When I first started working at the bakery, I slowly got into the fabulous menu at Chaco, soon starting every day off with a fresh squeezed juice! They have the most amazing raw food, and they have also added some wonderful vegan sandwhiches to the mix, which don't differ in quality. And not only is this place the most healthful, fresh food you can get in the city, it also provides a great place to hang out and meet new people, or be around your friends. The community at Chaco is amazing, and it is what has given me my happiness and friendships for the past year or so. They also have free wi-fi, so you can do some surfing while you're enjoying some fabulous food or drink. Overall, this place is amazing, with very little I would like to critize or change.
