best italian in Wallingford hands down and one of the best in Seattle especially when considering the price point and the overall quality of the food. - Chris , posted 02/13/08

Hot food and sweaty dancing
I recently ate at a place that's a little under the radar for Seattle. With their new owners at the wheel it has begun to truly live up to its name - Bizzarro's. The evening I was there, our service was top-notch, the food was enthralling, but most of all, it was the atmosphere that makes this such a gem. Excuse the bicycle jutting at an awkward angle above your head, because this halloween night I was under the spell of our server kate's belly dancing. It was a respectable show for any venue, but this was a server in full costume, dancing for waht seemed like a full ten minutes, creating little eddies of belly that passed around the room from table to table. And halloween is no exception. Look for stilt-walking, it could happen. The cuisine is for sure tasty, their cooks keep up with the servers in professional output. So go and get ready for a circus-top festival where anything goes, and the more it goes, the better it gets. - Riffraff , posted 11/04/05

come for the carnival, stay for the salami
to toot our own horn... fantastic food, and the chances of your sexily-clad waiter hula-hooping on your table are good... - salt , posted 10/04/05

If a new friend doesn't love this place as much as I do, then they're crossed off my list. Be prepared for delicious food and eccentric ambiance. - girl , posted 07/12/05

Looking for great Italian?
Being Italian, I had been on a search to find the best and most authentic Italian food in town...until I found Bizarro, which ended my search!

Check this spot out for sure! - Skoi , posted 07/12/05

Best Italian in Wallingford
Tucked away as it is behind Wallingford's main drag on a mostly-residential street, there's a chance you might miss Bizzarro entirely if someone doesn't tip you off. Trust me, you DON'T want this to happen. What you DO want is to sit by the big front window and gaze around at all the wacky decor while a happy, helpful wait staff brings you plates of superior Italian food, and maybe the best tiramisu this side of Sorrento. Try the Roasted Garlic and Mushroom Soup when they've got it.
