Meridian House seeks 2 housemates to join 1 woman and 2 men (& 1 cat). Available for move-in March 1. We would consider a 4-5 month sublet for one of the rooms.
Great location in Wallingford, has fruit trees & garden space. We’re eco-conscious, politically progressive, musical, fun-loving, responsible. Ages range from 25 to 49. Our cooperative household has a 15-year history. We share food -- mostly vegetarian, some seafood. Each of us cooks for the house one night per week. We share all household responsibilities & expenses, & live as green as we can.
We're seeking long-term housemates (or one long-term housemate & one sublet) who are responsible, sociable, compatible. Cooperative living experience preferred.
Option #1: Smallish 2nd floor bedroom + separate studio/office. Perfect for an artist or someone w/ home business. 1-yr. minimum commitment. $375/mo. + util.
Option #2: Basement room, 4-5 mo. sublet possible. $275/mo. + util.
