Newly renovated in 2007, this particular apartment is on the 3rd level but is on a hill so you only have to walk up 7 stairs to get to the actual unit. It has a beautiful view of Lake Union, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, carpet, walk-up unit, fireplace, walk-in closets, open concept kitchen/living/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and has a spacious balcony overlooking Lake Union. The neighbors on all sides are quiet, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet. The complex is very pet-friendly with several grassy areas for your pets. Application fee is $40/person and you will need to pay a $250 refundable deposit. No need for first, last or additional deposits. Utilities (w/s/g) are $36/per person; electricity, cable, internet, etc is per tenant. Covered or garage parking is available for a reasonable fee but there is plenty of free street parking nearby.
