Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager

Use your Technical Project Manager skills to lead and serve as the Scrum Master for software development teams. Responsibilities:
* Scrum Master for software development projects
* Manage the development of product and business requirements from internal and external clients, manage, development of software requirements and drive the product development schedule from design to release
* Maintain long-term schedules and long-term project timelines
* Chair meetings to communicate the status of projects to the rest of the company
Skills and experience required:
* Five years of experience with a proven track record of delivering large scale, cross-functional projects, and management of both on-site and off-site teams.
* Experience with management of outsourced software development efforts
* Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience coupled with analytical skills
* Ability to resolve conflicts and set priorities with internal and external (remote) teams
* Formal training and execution experience with program management (PMI, PMP, SEI-CMM) and Agile (Scrum, XP, Crystal, etc.) software development methodologies
* Experienced at leading development life cycle process and best practices
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience in IT Development Project Management or Cross-Functional Project Management
