We're looking for a Release Team Software Engineer who wants to utilize his or her top-notch talents to play a leading role in our tools and test automation strategy; to design and build an intelligent and innovative system of frameworks, test harnesses, and tools. This Engineer will work with our Feature and Release Teams and our Product Owners in the design and development of automated test cases for regression, functionality, data validation, and performance testing of CPM products, and further streamline and automate our build and environment configuration processes. To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or mathematics, 4+ years programming experience in a role developing or testing commercial software products, 4+years experience with .NET/C#, and variable experience with XML, HTML and ASP.NET.


Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or mathematics
* 4+ years programming experience in a role developing or testing commercial software products
* 4+ years experience with .NET/C#
* Experience with XML and related technologies
* Experience with HTML and ASP.NET
* Experience testing one or more products through all phases of the software development life cycle
* Experience with working in distributed teams doing mentoring and work review
* Exposure to building and supporting highly scalable, mission critical web hosted software systems
* Ability to solve problems and think creatively
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Ability to quickly read and learn existing code
* Excellent software design and analysis skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills

In addition, strong candidates will have at least one or more of the following:
* 4+ years of development experience.
* 3+ years of testing and automation experience.
* 2+ years of Software Internationalization or Localization.
* 2+ years of experience:
- Testing software in a distributed networking environment.
- Testing large scale enterprise products.
- Security testing.
