Greetings! We're looking for two roommates to share a four bedroom, 3 bathroom in Wedgwood. You pay $475 a month (not counting utilities). The first three months will cost $720 ($1,000 deposit and first month's rent of $1,900 staggered over three months + regular rent). See below for a full description of the house.
WE ARE: 2 friends in our mid-20s and work together at an acupuncture school. I am into hiking, cooking, reading, dancing and music. I don't smoke, drink socially, am friendly and sociable, but also enjoy time to myself. My friend is pretty quiet and reserved, he doesn't drink or smoke, and is big time into music and books. The cool nerd.
YOU: Don't smoke, and can enjoy a drink in moderation. We're not looking for anybody 420-friendly, or who wants to have raging parties every weekend. We're also looking for someone who is health conscious (i.e. healthy living/eating, etc) and eco-conscious (composting, saving water/energy, etc). We're okay with pets as long as you're responsible for them. We want someone that wants to help create a harmonious, positive and creative living space.
We would like to seal this deal as soon as possible, so if you're interested (or know anybody who would be), let us know immediately.
