Yard is big and is perfect for barbeques, sunbathing, etc. Some areas of the house are shared (kitchen, living room, basement, garage) but the bedrooms are located in their own semi-private "wing" on the main floor. Kitchen is newly remodeled with super efficient refrigerator and dishwasher, new 5 burner stove, and stainless steel prep table. LOADS of storage space available. High efficiency washer and dryer newly installed. Detached 400 square foot outbuilding is shared and is great for movie night, gatherings, etc. Greenhouse is ready for your gardening project. Small room available on the main floor as well- used to be a massage practitioner's space- great for crafts, projects, etc. The bedrooms have hard wood floors and feature spacious closets and new paint jobs. This house is a must-see-it-to-believe it sort of place.
A little about the Housemates:
My partner and I are moving out, and our housemates are staying. They live on the upstairs level but share the common areas. They are fun loving, community minded folks who understand the need for privacy, but enjoy the energy of a house full of great people.
Our ideal situation:
You come and look at the space, you fall in love with it, and you want to rent both rooms. We run your credit, you give us a deposit, and you move in. Alternatively, you bring a friend with you when you come look at the house, you both love the space, and you each want to rent a room. Bliss ensues.
