Hello friends and acquaintances of the Pacific Northwest!

Breathwork is the fastest, most powerful tranformational healiing technique I know of. It will open you to physical ecstasy, deep insight, emotional catharis, spiritual wonder and community. You'll get a set of experiences that you never thought you body could give you and wonder why someone didn't teach you this technique earlier.

A skilled, kind, smart healer, Robyn Lynn, and I are offering a group Breathwork session in Greenlake on Tuesday, November 6, and I'd love for you to come. If it fills, we'll schedule more breath and healing events, so let me know if you don't get in this time.

Here's Robyn's email and details for the sixth. Hope to see you soon!

Warmly,

Tim Anderson

Hello! I’m pleased to announce Partnered Breathwork--a new class that I am co-facilitating with Tim Anderson on November 6th. Tim is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters of Divinity and years of experience teaching, facilitating, and training others in Transformational Breathwork as a healing modality. This class will be very small (limited to eight people). It will be held in my home. Please share this invite to others you feel may benefit from the work.

6:00 Intro to Breathwork for those who haven't integrated or don't know Transformational Breathwork
6:30 Introductions, Welcome, Trustbuilding, Fun
7:00 First Session
8:00 Snack break (for those who just breathed)
8:30 Second Session
9:30 Wrap up

Come with someone with whom you feel you can be transparent and who will pay good attention to you for one hour. You will help facilitate their session, and they yours.
Please register together ($40 each). Your payment holds your place.
Go to PayPal, sign up, and send payment to robyn@thepresentsense.com. Magic!

Wear light, loose fitting, comfortable clothes.
Bring food you like to share, two sheets, two pillows and a blanket for each pair.
Eat a light supper at most, especially if you are going to breathe first session.
Don't come with serious psychological issues (individual sessions are available).
Do come prepared to go deep, have fun, connect, receive great insights and yummy physical healings.

Why should we grieve that we've been sleeping?
It doesn't matter how long we've been unconscious.
We're groggy, but let the guilt go.
Feel the motions of tenderness
around you, the buoyancy.
